Who operates YardMeasure
Prop Money Inc. operates the YardMeasure website and software service. References to “YardMeasure,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy mean Prop Money Inc. as the operator of YardMeasure.
Calculator inputs
Measurements and prices entered into the standard calculators are processed locally in your browser. YardMeasure does not intentionally transmit or store those input values unless a signed-in user deliberately saves the resulting measurement or estimate to an account.
Contractor accounts and customer records
When a contractor creates an account, YardMeasure stores the business profile, customers, properties, measurements, estimates, private internal notes, and related activity the contractor chooses to save. Customer records may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, project addresses, and job notes. This information is available only within the contractor’s authenticated workspace, except when the contractor deliberately shares an estimate with a customer.
Shared estimates and responses
A contractor can create a private, hard-to-guess estimate link or email it to a customer. Anyone with an active link can view that estimate and submit an acceptance, decline, or optional note. YardMeasure records the first and latest views, view count, response, and response time so the contractor can follow up. Shared links can be revoked. Customer responses are workflow records, not electronic signatures or payments.
Email delivery
When a contractor emails an estimate, YardMeasure sends the customer’s email address, the estimate email content, and delivery metadata to our transactional email provider, Resend. When a customer accepts or declines, YardMeasure may email the response to the contractor’s saved business address. Delivery timestamps and provider identifiers may be stored for reliability and activity history.
Subscriptions and billing
If paid plans are activated and you subscribe, Stripe processes payment details on YardMeasure’s behalf. YardMeasure stores limited subscription records such as the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, renewal date, and cancellation setting. YardMeasure does not store complete card numbers.
Satellite lawn measurement
The satellite map loads only after you choose to open it. Opening the map connects your browser to Google Maps, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, device information, and referring page. If you search for a property, the address is sent to Google to return the map location. Searches and drawn areas are not saved to a YardMeasure account automatically. If a signed-in contractor deliberately selects Save measurement, YardMeasure stores the address, polygon coordinates, calculated area, and selected property association in that contractor’s private workspace so the measurement can be reopened and edited. Google processes map data under its own privacy policy and terms.
Analytics
If you allow analytics, we may collect page views, device and browser information, approximate location, referral source, and events such as calculator starts, completed calculations, map-tool actions, print actions, and related-tool clicks. Analytics is used to improve the site and does not include entered addresses, drawn coordinates, or calculator measurements.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics loads only after you allow it through the site’s analytics preference control. The optional Google Maps feature may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies when you choose to open it. Your YardMeasure analytics preference is stored in your browser. Account providers may use cookies required to keep users securely signed in. See the Cookie Policy for more information and use “Cookie choices” in the footer to change optional analytics.

If you email YardMeasure, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond, investigate corrections, and maintain appropriate business records.
Service providers and legal requirements
Authentication, database hosting, site hosting, email delivery, payment processing, maps, analytics, security, and future advertising providers may process limited data on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or address abuse.
Your choices
You can avoid opening the satellite map, decline optional analytics, choose not to save a measurement or estimate, revoke an estimate link, block browser storage, and use privacy controls offered by service providers. Contractors are responsible for entering and using customer information appropriately. Privacy and account-data requests may be submitted through the Contact page.
