Prop Money Inc. provides the YardMeasure website and software service. References to “YardMeasure,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms mean Prop Money Inc. as the operator of YardMeasure.
Planning estimates only
Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs and stated assumptions. They are not engineering, architectural, surveying, legal, safety, or code-compliance advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking measurements, product specifications, quantities, prices, utilities, property boundaries, permits, regulations, site conditions, and professional requirements before purchasing materials or starting work.
Accounts and subscriptions
Creating an account during free early access does not begin a paid trial, authorize a future charge, or require a card. We will give early-access members at least 30 days' notice before paid access begins. If paid subscriptions are activated, Prop Money Inc. will be the provider and merchant for the YardMeasure subscription. The price, billing interval, and included features will be shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled and remain available through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
No warranties
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, YardMeasure disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, YardMeasure will not be liable for losses arising from reliance on estimates, purchasing decisions, project delays, property damage, injury, or third-party services.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal or business planning. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, or reproduce the site as a competing service without permission.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
